1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing saltwindatlasx.biz or submitting an enquiry through this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

2. About Saltwind Atlas

Saltwind Atlas is an outdoor day booking platform based in Pai, Mae Hong Son, Thailand. We offer three types of experience: guided valley sunrise walks with local coffee, hillside cabin stays, and weekly trekking gear hire. Each is described in detail on the homepage. All experiences operate in and around the Pai Valley and the hills above Wiang Tai.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

You may use this site and make bookings if you are 18 years of age or older, or if you are booking on behalf of a group and take responsibility for ensuring that all members of the group meet any stated requirements for the activity. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry, and to notify us promptly of any changes that affect your booking.

4. Bookings and payments

Bookings are initiated by submitting an enquiry through the contact form. A booking is not confirmed until we have replied with a written confirmation and any payment or deposit conditions have been met as specified in that confirmation.

Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The confirmed price is fixed at the time of the confirmation email. Prices include items stated in each listing description; anything not listed as included is not included.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

We understand that travel plans change. The following general conditions apply unless your confirmation email states otherwise:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the activity date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before are eligible for a 50% refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the activity are generally non-refundable, except where we cancel due to conditions outside our control (see below).
• If we need to cancel due to severe weather, unsafe trail conditions, or other factors outside our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Changes to dates or activities are handled at our discretion subject to availability. Write to [email protected] as early as possible.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photographs, the atlas-style design, and the Saltwind Atlas name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing links to the site or referring others to it is welcome and does not require permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• Submit false or misleading enquiries.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with site operations.
• Scrape or reproduce content for commercial use without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Outdoor activities involve inherent physical risks. By booking a walk, cabin stay, or gear hire, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for your physical condition and experience level. We describe activities honestly in our listings to help you make that assessment.

We take reasonable care in all operations, but we cannot accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities except where required under the laws of Thailand. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, or third-party actions.

9. Third-party links

This site may contain links to external websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from the use of this site or from a booking made through it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, without limiting your rights under applicable local consumer-protection frameworks.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. Bookings confirmed before a revision are governed by the terms in effect at the time of confirmation.
